Here's the thing: We each have lived experience with ADHD. We've each been married for over twenty years. We know what it's like when time disappears, when you genuinely forget something important, when your brain works differently and your partner doesn't always understand. We also know what it's like to be the partner who feels forgotten, overwhelmed, and wondering if you matter.

We see real couples and get real results.

We're not looking for the Instagram version of your relationship—the coordinated outfits, the clean house, the "we never fight" facade. We're looking for the real you. The messy house no one sees. The chaos of getting everyone out the door during the week. The "where are the shoes, brush your teeth, oh shit where are the keys" mornings. Insurance often requires a mental health diagnosis for one partner, which doesn't fit the reality of couples therapy. You're not broken. Your relationship isn't sick. You're stuck in a cycle, and we're here to help you break it—not to label one of you as "the problem."

Insurance limits your care—the number of sessions, types of therapy, and frequency are often dictated by the insurance company, not what's best for your relationship. We want to work at your pace, not theirs.

We focus on your goals, not insurance requirements. By operating outside the insurance model, we maintain full confidentiality and develop a treatment plan tailored specifically to your relationship and what you need. No one else is calling the shots.
